Did you think I was kidding? I am not afraid of these in the middle of summer plus I wasn't about to put on more than 2 layers in JUNE for Pete's Sake. It was my way of boycotting the weather.

- After losing both parents 8 weeks apart in 2009 I almost pulled the plug on racing; thankfully I didn’t! After getting through the hardest time in my life I have had my best years racing yet, getting 4th at Cyclocross Nationals in December and going on to place 4th at Short Track Nationals in July. With the support of the Stan’s NoTubes Elite Cyclocross Team I am gunning for a slot on the 2012 US Worlds CX Team. Needless to say, I am so glad I did quit!!
